DuckDuckGo lets Microsoft track users

DuckDuckGo, a well-known user data protection company, recently announced that it will allow Microsoft to track users. DuckDuckGo, popularly known as "the internet privacy company", is a well-known company and search engine that is known for its "privacy-focused" or commitment to the data protection of users who use the Services. Their main theme so far has been that users' search and Internet activity are not recorded like other search engines, including Google.

Cybersecurity and privacy researcher Zach Edwards has revealed that under an agreement with Microsoft, DuckDuckGo will allow users' data to be sent via Microsoft tracking scripts to Microsoft-linked services such as Bing and LinkedIn, and to track users through it. Gabriel Weinberg, CEO of DuckDuckGo, confirmed to Zach Edwards on Twitter that he acknowledges this. Representatives of the company have stated in foreign media inquiries that the company is already working to resolve this issue.
